A creator incubator
Wanting to remain competitive with other Quebec institutions and prepare the musicians of tomorrow, the University of Sherbrooke has used the services of Go Multimedia to assist them in the design of their new recording studios and for their teaching premises. We collaborated with the project team on ergonomics issues, scenography and everything related to audio and video technology and acoustics of the two major studios. The School of Music will have a unique, state-of-the-art digital audio infrastructure, and its diverse creative spaces will be intertwined to provide students with the greatest unimaginable flexibility. Through the multiple control rooms, it will be possible to make the sound recording of all the spaces dedicated to the recording. In addition, some premises will be equipped with audiovisual capture systems to provide teachers and students with a quick and easy way to record their performances.
